Before using the dough mixer, Firstly, you must clean the outside,
open the cover door, check the dust and remove fried stains, and
check the conveyor belt is ok or not. Secondly, check whether electrical grounding is good, in case of
leakage. Thirdly, prepare the steaming plate or steamed cage. After be all
set, you can start the machine for 3 minutes for checking whether
it can work or not, if there is nothing abnormal, then you can put
your flour into it.
If you will not use it for a long time, after downtime, the machine should be clean, so as not toinfluence the use of next time.
